## Who is who

- Plexus: a business systems company (Business Systems & Intelligent Operations), registered in Tirana, Albania on 7 June 2022 (NUIS M21807005A; sole proprietor Luan Demiraj). It designs and builds connected operating systems for businesses. CEO: Luan Demiraj.
- Luan Demiraj: founder and CEO of Plexus. Works on the web and in digital business since 2009; MikroTik networking certifications (MTCNA, MTCRE); degree in ICT.
- Core idea: a connected operating system for a business. Your business already has the pieces; Plexus connects them. Keep what works, connect what matters, replace only what doesn’t.
- Methodology: Understand → Design → Build → Improve (steps: Discover, Map, Define, Architect, Build, Integrate, Secure, Test, Launch, Improve).
- NVMAX (nvmax.com): a full-service marketing agency owned by Luan Demiraj. Its operating system is where PlexWizz began, and it is the pilot agency on PlexWizz. Websites and marketing campaigns are handled by NVMAX, not Plexus.
- GuidedTours (guidedtours.al): a tourism agency owned by Luan Demiraj, where the whole operation was studied and rebuilt around one operating system; the pilot business on PlexWizz.
- PlexWizz (plexwizz.com): a multi-tenant SaaS platform for marketing agencies, a company registered in the USA and owned by Luan Demiraj. It was born from the operating system built for NVMAX and is in pilot.
- Client projects are described without naming the client.
