Infrastructure exists so the business can run: reliable operations, controlled access, secure connections for offices and remote staff, backups that restore, and visibility into what happens. We design, install and look after it, in your office, online, or both. Our CEO is certified in networking (MikroTik MTCNA, MTCRE), with multi-office networks designed and run in production since 2019.

### Networking

- **Office network:** Router, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling plan, separate networks for staff, guests and devices.
- **Backup internet line & failover:** Two or more internet lines that switch over automatically when one drops.
- **Connections between offices:** Offices linked over encrypted connections, without opening services to the internet unless they need to be.
- **Domain, DNS & email:** Your domain, your email, mail that arrives and doesn't land in spam.

### Access & security

**Can this be done without downtime?**

Almost always. Changes are made in a safe order with a fallback, usually outside working hours.

**Is this a penetration test?**

No. It’s a review of how things are set up and a plan to harden them. We say clearly what we don’t do.
