The terms for using plexus.al. They cover the website only; any work for a client is agreed separately, in writing.

01 Who we are
plexus.al is operated by Luan Demiraj, sole proprietor, trading as Plexus, NUIS M21807005A, registered in Tirana, Albania. You can reach us through the contact page.
02 What this site is
The site describes the services, capabilities and past work of Plexus. It is information, not an offer: prices, scope and timelines are agreed only in a separate written agreement. Sending the contact form does not create a contract or an obligation for either side.
03 Using the site
You may browse the site, link to it and share it. Not allowed:
- trying to break into or overload the site;
- interfering with its security;
- using the contact form for spam or unlawful content;
- presenting our content as your own.
04 Content and intellectual property
The texts, diagrams, design and code of this site belong to Plexus unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source page. Search engines and AI assistants may read and index the site, including its machine-readable versions (llms.txt and the Markdown pages).
Names such as Google, Meta, Cloudflare and MikroTik are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe technologies. NVMAX, PlexWizz and GuidedTours are separate businesses.
05 Accuracy
We describe our work and results as accurately as we can, using documented facts only. Descriptions reflect the state at the time of writing; statuses such as pilot or in development can change. Results in one business do not guarantee the same results in another.
06 No warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Plexus is not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
09 Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Tirana, unless the law gives you the right to another court.
10 Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
